Refund policy

At Josan, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:
✔️ The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔️ All tags and labels must be intact.
✔️ The return request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
✔️ Certain items cannot be returned (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Interior Clothing & Summer Clothing (for hygiene reasons):

  • Underwear
  • Swim Briefs
  • Swim Trunks

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Email us at josanmoda@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Subject to the designers discretion (eg. change for a different color or size).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
