- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Delays & Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Incorrect Addresses

- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or missing item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and item(s).
- We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund.
